A.B.S. Band, winner of the latest Blues Society of the Ozarks’ Memphis Bound competition, opens the twelfth annual Greater Ozarks Blues Festival.  This group’s unique composition of two father/son pairs includes A.B.S. originators, bassist-vocalist Ernie Bedell, Sr. and vocalist-drummer Richard Allen, Sr.  Joining them are Ernie Bedell, Jr. (vocals and percussion), Richard Allen, Jr. (drums) and guitarist Steve Ragsdale.   Together A.B.S offers up a solid mixture of funk, rhythm, blues and rock.
